Blanque Space Rental Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Blanque Space. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our studio rental services. By booking and using our space, you agree to comply with the following terms:

1. Booking and Payment

• Reservations: All bookings must be made through our online booking system.

• Studio Time: You will be notified by a Studio Attendant 10 minutes before your session ends and to vacate the room promptly at the end of my reserved time.

• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. We accept major credit cards and other specified payment methods.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the booking date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking date will not be Refunded. No-shows will be charged the full amount.

• Additional charges: The stay can be extended based on availability. Each additional hour within normal business hours (10am-6pm) will be billed at a regular rate. Hourly rate after 6pm is an additional $100 per hour.

2. Studio Use

• Access: You will have access to the studio only for the time slot you have booked. Early arrivals or late departures may incur additional charges.

• Condition: The studio must be left in the same condition as it was found. Please ensure all equipment and furniture are returned to their original places.

• Damage: You are responsible for any damage caused to the studio or its contents during your rental period. Any damages will be assessed and charged to the booking party.

• Surrender of Premises: The Customer agrees to surrender the designated area to the Company in the same state of repair and clean condition as originally received by the Customer, normal wear and tear excepted.

3. Equipment and Amenities

• Use of Equipment: The use of studio equipment (lighting, backdrops, etc.) is included in your rental fee. Any damage to equipment will result in additional charges.

• Personal Belongings: Blanque Space is not responsible for any personal belongings left in the studio. Please ensure you take all your items with you when you leave.

4. Conduct

• Behavior: Professional and respectful behavior is expected at all times. Any form of abusive or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of your booking without a refund.

• Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels to a minimum to avoid disturbing other clients and neighboring businesses.

5. Liability

• Insurance: Blanque Space is not liable for any personal injuries, accidents, or losses that occur during the use of the studio. Clients are advised to carry their own insurance.

• Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold Blanque Space harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the studio.

6. Privacy

• Data Protection: We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Your information will be used solely for booking purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

1. Currency: All dollar amounts contained are accepted in Canadian Dollar.

2. Taxes: The Customer acknowledges that charges under this Agreement are subject to HST and agrees to pay such tax as and when due.

7. Changes and Amendments

• Policy Updates: Blanque Space reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.

8. Governing Law

• Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of [Your State/Country]. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your State/Country].
